SUMMARY:CYLA Online Registration - Waitlist only
DESCRIPTION:Due to Covid-19 we have currently set all of our programs to a waitlist.  This is due to the policies of our registration vendor and the uncertainty that remains regarding the season.  We want to avoid you all from incurring non-refundable credit card fees and having to issue additional refunds via check in the event that we are not able to move forward.\n\nAt this point\, anything beyond April is a “wait and see”\, but we remain hopeful that the community effort\, and the community’s willingness to follow evolving health directives will permit us to move forward with the 2020 Lacrosse Season.\n\nWe encourage you to sign up for the waitlist if you intend to register your children\, as it will give us an idea as to numbers if we are able to go forward with the season.  There is no cost to add oneself to a waiting list.  Please click here or on our registration tab to get on the waitlist.  Please also make sure that you check out completely.  Once you are added to the wait list\, we will send an e-mail prompting payment if and when we know we will be able to run the program.\n\nParticipants that have already registered\, we will be in touch as more information becomes available.  In the event we are not able to move forward with the season\, refunds will be issued\, less the non-refundable credit card fees.  Again we are hopeful that we will be able to run the program\, but it is impossible to predict given the current landscape.\n\nWe hope everyone stays healthy during these uncertain times and hope to be able to work with your children in the coming months.\n\nBest Regards\,\n\nCYLA Board\n\nPlease click here or on our registration tab to get on the waitlist.\nCamillus youth lacrosse association Flyer 2020\n\n\n\n\nParents of Children in Grades 3-6\, please be advised that you are required to fill out the following:\n1. ULA Player Parent Agreement;\n2. ULA Medical Treatment Form; and\n3. ULA Liability Waiver.\nWe request that you bring the signed forms to the first practice in early May and turn them in to your Coach.  Please be advised that pursuant to ULA regulations\, your child WILL NOT be permitted to participate in the ULA games unless you have filled out\, completed\, and provided the Coach with a copy of these forms.  Your anticipated cooperation is sincerely appreciated!\n\n\n\n
